What is a token?
A token is roughly 4 characters or ¾ of a word in English. In Nepali (Devanagari), tokens may be slightly larger per character. A typical short message of 100 words costs roughly 130 tokens including the response.
How do I pay? I don't have a USD card.
That's exactly why we price in NPR. You can pay via eSewa, Khalti, or direct bank transfer (Nepal domestic). No foreign card or VPN required.
Where is the server located?
Our dedicated server is physically located in Nepal. All your data, prompts, and model responses are processed locally and never routed through foreign infrastructure.
Which open source models are available?
We currently host Llama 3.1 70B, Llama 3.1 8B, Mistral 7B, Gemma 2 9B, DeepSeek-R1, and Qwen 2.5 14B. We add new models based on community requests.
Can I exceed my monthly token limit?
Yes. You can enable overage billing at NPR 0.25 per 1K tokens. You can also set a hard cap from your dashboard to avoid unexpected charges.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The free tier gives you 500K tokens per month, one API key, and full chat access — permanently. No trial countdown, no credit card needed.
Can I use this for commercial projects?
Yes. All plans including the free tier allow commercial use. The open source models we host (Llama, Mistral, Gemma, etc.) all permit commercial use under their respective licenses.
Do you support the Nepali language?
Models like Llama 3.1 and Qwen 2.5 have reasonable Devanagari support. We're also working on a Nepali-optimised fine-tune specifically for Nepal's linguistic context.
